have experience in labor audits and due diligence, labor litigation and claims, strategic planning of collective bargaining processes, internal investigations in the framework of violations to Internal Order, Health and Safety Regulations, Codes of Conduct and Ethics and Compliance Policies, in addition to investigations on workplace accidents and occupational diseases.<\/p><p>Regarding immigration, we have experience planning and handling cases involving expatriates, including the application for and processing of work permits, visas and permanent
