Jaime Ayala is a lawyer from the University of Chile and holds a Master 2 in Advanced Public Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France). He has extensive experience in public law, regulated markets, and antitrust, advising clients on regulatory matters and government contracting. He has participated in complex litigation before higher courts and contributed to the Supreme Court’s Case Law Database Modernization Project. He has also developed a distinguished teaching career as a teaching assistant in Administrative Law at the University of Chile.
